After initial contact, Scott came out to quote quickly and listened to our ideas and gave good advice. Scott, Jon and their team of specialist tradesmen did a fabulous job on the bathroom and we're very happy with it. Scott and Jon made sure our house was left tidy after each day and were polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

All the trades always turned up on time, and when we wanted extra things fitted, which we hadn't previously mentioned, nothing was too much trouble. Even when they completed, they thoroughly vacuumed the stairs and hallway !!
Honestly these guys were amazing - we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Scott and Jon spent a very long day installing a pressurised cylinder on the top floor of my three floor townhouse. They cleared up after they had finished and you wouldn’t know anyone had been there. I have just had my first shower and the difference in the water pressure is amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Scott and John and the rest of the team did a fabulous job refitting out my downstairs loo. I was kept up to date at every stage and given great advice in my choices of fittings. Most importantly everyone involved turned up promptly and on time. 5 stars doesn't seem enough for the fabulous service we received from these chaps. My heartfelt thanks to you all.

I ordered the wrong accessories for my radiators and they were really accommodating they offered to use their materials but I wanted it to match (I'm fussy) so they re-arranged once if had the parts delivered no bother at all.

Credit to the building industry, can't recommend highly enough!! Carried out a partial refurbishment of my bathroom, went above what was required to complete the job, as well as happy to offer advice on other aspects of what was needed. Competitively priced and from initial chat to job was less than a week. Extremely impressed !! If you need a plumber in the South West area Ace P&H are definitely worth a call !!

Great job Scott, love the new bathroom. Just what our house needed. Scott drove his team well and they all did a great job in a small space. This was despite having a really bad illness. Only problem we're having is working out how to get the shower thermostatic temperature set. Can't find any info online. Thanks Scott et al. Scott and John have now sorted the problem. I should have listened when they said something previously. Shower works really well. Cheers.
